A dedicated dietitian with a master degree in Public health. Lama completed her Bachelor degree in Human Nutrition and dietetic in 2007 from USEK university and also achieved a dietetic internship in Saint Joseph Hospital. She obtained the permission to practice Dietetic consultation on the Lebanese soil and started consulting patients since 2008.
In parallel, Lama completed her Masters Degree in Public Health – Health and Education promotion in 2015 from the Lebanese university.
"My aim is to assist people in reaching a healthy lifestyle since I believe diet is not a temporary eating plan.
I followed thousands of patients with whom I have worked to create a personalized eating plan taking into consideration their unique needs and the personal situation of each one in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle."
During those years Lama worked with patients on reaching varied goals such as:

- Weight gain
- Disease management (diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, Hypertension, Digestive tract disorders, food intolerances…).
"I accompanied pregnant women through their pregnancy and after delivery in order to provide the appropriate nutrition and cover their special body needs as well as get back to their healthy weight. I guided children to become healthy adults…"
The aim for perfection is an endless route, Lama took part of many training programs in hygiene, food safety and food service as well as in leadership, challenge control….She has also boosted many social awareness campaigns. She noted:

Currently Lama is the author of weekly nutrition articles in Al Balad Newspaper and started in February 2016 raising nutritional awareness through Sawt El Ghad Radio station in “B 30 d2i2a” radio show.
